Mustapha Zitouni (born 19 October 1928) is a retired footballer. He played international football for both France and Algeria.
Born in Algiers, French Algeria, Zitouni played at the club level in France as a defender for Stade Français, AS Cannes and AS Monaco. He left his professional career in France in 1958 to represent the unofficial Algerian national side, which was then run by the National Liberation Front, a rebel group campaigning for Algerian independence.[1] He had previously represented the French national side.[2] Zitouni later became player-manager of Algerian club side RC Kouba.
